Reliability: Call for Contribution
IEEE Reliability Society Newsletter's special issues contain peer-reviewed content covering all security and reliability aspects of science and engineering, technology, and applications. It is intended for readers who develop their work on the daily basis. Articles should be concise and are relevant to theory and practice, stressing meaningful applications of principles to important problems. Tutorial, survey and research papers are all welcome. At least 30 percent of article length should be tutorial, given the background information and related work. Please note that accepted manuscripts may be edited to conform to our style.
Articles are solicited that address reliability, security and related assurance topics, including recent innovations and advancements of emerging hot topics, as well as new and revisited techniques and methodologies, experiences and practices, case studies and benchmarks, and insights or recommendations. Special welcome is extended to those addressing technical issues on topics such as security and reliability issues for system, network, software, and hardware/device, PHM (Prognostics and Health Management), trustworthy computing, safety, human-system interface, maintainability, and supportability. Also of interest are papers on technological solutions to potential disasters or risks, lessons learned from past events or trends, cloud computing, smartphone applications, and internet of things.
