Description

The Algerian Business Performance Review (ABPR) is a semi-annual free peer-reviewed and international Open-Access Academic Journal. ABPR is published by the faculty of economic and commercial sciences and management, University of Kasdi Merbah Ouargla (Algeria) in coordination with two laboratories: laboratory of organizations and economies performance in globalization (LPEEM) and laboratory of organizations and natural environment economics (EcoNature). The ABPR journal publishes original scientific research papers, in three languages: Arabic, English and French, in mainly interesting studies focused on: theoretical and empirical researches related to the performance of institutions, organizations, governments, and economic sectors at national, regional and international level.

تقييم نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية ودوره في التقليل من الحوادث المهنية - دراسة حالة سوناطراك حاسي مسعود فترة (2017-2022)

الملخص: ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم حالة نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية في شركة سوناطراك وفاعليته في تقليل الحوادث المهنية من خلال سياسات وإجراءات التدريب والتوعية والتفتيش؛ وبناء على ذلك تم الاعتماد على التقارير السنوية لحوادث العمل للفترة: 2017-2022، وكذا أداتي المقابلة والاستبانة، من خلال تحليل 311 استمارة تم توزيعها عشوائيًا على عمال المديرية الجهوية للإنتاج لشركة سوناطراك بحاسي مسعود؛ وجدت الدراسة أن الشركة تتخذ العديد من الإجراءات التحسيسية والتوعوية مثل توفير دورات تدريبية وتكوينية لتعزيز فعالية نظام الصحة والسلامة المهنية بهدف التقليل من حوادث العمل. وعلاوة على ذلك، فإن سوناطراك تسعى باستمرار لتحسين وتطوير نظامها. Abstract: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the state of the occupational health and safety system in Sonatrach company and its effectiveness in reducing occupational accidents through training, awareness-raising, and inspection policies and procedures. To this end, the annual reports of work accidents for the period 2017-2022 were relied upon, as well as the interview and questionnaire tools, through the analysis of 311 forms randomly distributed to workers in the regional production directorate of Sonatrach in Hassi Messaoud. The study found that the company adopts many awareness-raising and educational measures such as providing training courses and qualifications to enhance the effectiveness of the occupational health and safety system in order to reduce work accidents. Furthermore, Sonatrach continuously seeks to improve and develop its system.

الملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تحليل المؤهلات والسياسات الزراعية في الجزائر وتقييم تأثيرها على الإنتاج الزراعي الوطني والأمن الغذائي. وقد تم جمع البيانات من مصادر متعددة، بما في ذلك الإحصاءات الرسمية والمنشورات الأكاديمية والتقارير الحكومية، وظهرت النتائج أن الجزائر لديها مؤهلات طبيعية و بشرية كبيرة تجعلها رائدة في المجال الزراعي، وقامت بتبني سياسات زراعية متعددة خلال الفترة المدروسة، بما في ذلك تحسين البنية التحتية للزراعة، وتشجيع الاستثمار في القطاع الزراعي، وتطوير البحوث الزراعية وتوسيع قاعدة المعرفة في هذا المجال مما أدى إلى تحسين وتطور في الإنتاج الزراعي وتحقيق اكتفاءاً ذاتيا في عدة منتجات كالخضروات منها البطاطا وتحسين من تطور نصيب الفرد من الغذاء هذا ما يجعلها قريبة من تحقيق الامن الغذائي إذا ما اهتمت اكثر بالقطاع الزراعي خاصة المحاصيل الاستراتيجية كالحبوب التي تبقى بعيدة عن تحقيق الهدف المنتظر. This study aimed to analyze the qualifications and agricultural policies in Algeria and evaluate their impact on national agricultural production and food security. Data was collected from multiple sources, including official statistics, academic publications, and government reports. The results showed that Algeria has significant natural and human qualifications that make it a leader in the agricultural field. It has adopted multiple agricultural policies during the studied period, including improving agricultural infrastructure, encouraging investment in the agricultural sector, developing agricultural research, and expanding the knowledge base in this field. These efforts have led to improvements and developments in agricultural production, achieving self-sufficiency in several products such as vegetables, including potatoes, and improving individual food security. However, achieving the desired goal is still distant, especially in strategic crops like grains. Therefore, Algeria needs to focus more on the agricultural sector, particularly strategic crops, to come closer to achieving food security.

The mediating role of digital financial inclusion in the impact of trust and demographic factors on the use of electronic payment service - Case study of Algeria

الملخص: The study aimed to investigate the mediating role of dimensions of digital financial inclusion in the impact of trust and demographic factors on the usage of electronic payment services in Algeria. This was achieved through analyzing the relationships using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS4 software. The study affirmed the mediating role of digital financial inclusion dimensions (accessibility and use of financial products) in the influence of trust and demographic factors on the utilization of electronic payment services. However, it found no significant mediating effect for financial service quality and the impact of education level and gender. The model exhibited a high explanatory power and acceptable predictive ability, as indicated by the values of determination coefficient and predictive relevance. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على الدور الوسيط لأبعاد الشمول المالي الرقمي في تأثير الثقة والعوامل الديموغرافية على استخدام خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني في الجزائر، من خلال تحليل العلاقة وفق نمذجة المعادلة الهيكلية باستخدام برنامج SmartPLS4. وأكدت الدراسة الدور الوسيط لبُعدي الشمول المالي الرقمي إمكانية الوصول واستخدام المنتجات المالية في تأثير الثقة والعوامل الديموغرافية على استخدام خدمات الدفع الإلكتروني، باستثناء عدم وجود دلالة لدور بعد جودة الخدمات المالية وعدم دلالة تأثير المؤهل التعليمي والجنس، تميز النموذج بقوة تفسيرية عالية وفقًا لقيمة معامل التحديد وقدرة تنبؤية مقبولة حسب قيمة ملائمة التوقع.
