The article describes the cases of two non-adhesive hinging methods, the double-slit and the photo corner method, used to display Thomas Bewick prints and 19th century Hunt letter at the British Museum in London, England. Among the requirements for the display include framing of the prints after they are mounted for a touring exhibition and the need for the letter to be displayed in a glass display case vertically. In the double-slit corner method, double-slits were made on Kōzo paper sheets at three millimeters wide and cut into each of its corners. Another restraining slits were cut in the Kōzo paper to prevent it from billowing.
