Introduction: Occupational well-being and increasing the quality of occupational life of medical staff requires the formulation of appropriate policies to reduce mental and emotional injuries during Covid-19. In so doing, the study endeavored to identify strategies to compensate the injuries of the medical staff in dealing with Covid-19. Methods: This study was conducted in two qualitative and quantitative parts. In the qualitative part, data were collected using semi-structured interviews with 19 health experts who were selected through purposive sampling and were categorized into three-step open, central, and selective coding methods. Then, the data obtained in the qualitative part were prepared in the form of a questionnaire and were given to the experts to comment on each of the obtained dimensions and rank them. They were tested using the Analysis Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the geometric mean method. Results: In this study, 179 sub-themes were categorized in the form of 43 major themes and 8 categories based on the results of calculating the final weight of the special vector, categories of welfare services with a coefficient of 0.172, human resource policies with a coefficient of 0.152, and motivational solutions with a coefficient of 0.148 ranked first to third, respectively. Conclusion: The results revealed that the main themes of democratic management styles, increasing the level of motivation of the treatment staff, implementing fun programs for the members and their families as the main strategies in compensating the injuries of the medical staff and improving the quality of work life and organizational cohesion of the staff.
