A 56-year-old woman experienced a lack of efficacy during her treatment with bevacizumab and aflibercept for serous drusenoid pigment epithelial detachment (DPED). She had been suffering from progressive vision loss and metamorphopsia in her right eye for ten months. Despite receiving three consecutive monthly injections of bevacizumab and aflibercept, there was no improvement in her vision.
