Russia's seaborne crude exports have rebounded, recovering about half of the previous week's losses. Despite growing evidence that sanctions are starting to affect Moscow's oil supply chain, overall crude flows have not been significantly reduced. Indian oil refiners, Russia's second-largest customers after China, are no longer accepting tankers owned by state-run Sovcomflot PJSC due to intensified sanctions, leading to delays and diversions of Russian crude shipments.
