The article focuses on the exhibition and trade show industry of China. The industry gained an annual revenue growth of 17%. The Chinese government put more concern on protecting the intellectual property rights of foreign companies. Chinese business enterprises and exhibitors were able to penetrate the foreign market by participating in exhibitions abroad. According to the Ministry of Commerce, the convention industry introduced 38 foreign-invested programs and utilized $3.6 million in foreign capital. INSET: Tips for US Trade Show Organizers.
