The article presents the author's perspectives on the need for the customer to make decisions in calibration and not the calibration laboratory. He mentions that the best thing that could be done by a laboratory is to suggest the customer when the request is off. He states that the laboratory could place a footnote on the report which indicate that the due date was decided by the customer if the customer does not want to alter the due date.
