The article presents a case study of a 55-year-old female with a history of sudden onset of vertigo, vomiting and ataxia and the presence of diabetis. The patient underwent the magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showing an acute infarts in inferior cerebellum in the bilateral medial posterior inferior cerebellar artery (PICA). The article also presents the images of the patients MRI with the presence of inverted V in its cerebellum.
