Employees’ turnover due to the internal and external organizational environment has become a challenge for executives of organizations in general. It is known, that continuance commitment is based on the individual's recognition of the costs referred to leaving from and the benefits associated with staying in an organization. Therefore, employers could first benefit from conceptual classification of the antecedents of continuously committed manpower because they could perceive the motives of an employee’s commitment and can adopt, for example, the appropriate leadership behavior in order to improve the level of continuance commitment and, in turn, the levels of job satisfaction and job performance. Scientific problem statement – undigested the multiple antecedents of an employee’s continuance commitment to an organization. The objective of the research – construct the principal conceptual classifier, reflecting the interactions among the antecedents of continuous commitment. The scientific research techniques: to verify the research there were used general methods of scientific research, such as scientific literature analysis and synthesis. In this theoretically based article generalized and classified the antecedents defining conceptual background of an employee’s continuous commitment to an organization explain adequate job-related behaviors of individuals, thus in the future may be verified in the national context and in case of being supported be regarded and applied in human resource management practice by administration while searching for the managerial strategy stimulating continuous commitment. Tęstinis / nuolatinis įsipareigojimas – tai pozityvi sąsaja su organizacija ir įsipareigojimas likti organizacijoje, pasireiškiantis ekonominiais organizacijos ir darbuotojo mainais, t. y. nuostolių, sietinų su organizacijos palikimu, ir naudų, tikėtinų liekant organizacijoje, įvertinimu. Mokslinė problema – nesusisteminti darbuotojo tęstinį įsipareigojimą organizacijai apibrėžiantys daugialypiai veiksniai. Tyrimo tikslas – pateikti principinį konceptualųjį darbuotojo tęstinio / nuolatinio įsipareigojimo organizacijai veiksnių klasifikavimą. Tyrimui pagrįsti pasitelkti bendrieji mokslinio tyrimo metodai – mokslinės literatūros analizė ir sintezė. Šiame bendro pobūdžio teoriniame vadybos ir administravimo krypties straipsnyje apibendrinti ir suklasifikuoti darbuotojo tęstinį / nuolatinį įsipareigojimą organizacijai nusakantys veiksniai paaiškina su darbu susijusias atitinkamas individų elgsenas bei su konkrečia darbuotojo įsipareigojimo forma siejamus pozityvius pokyčius įvairaus pobūdžio organizacijose. Į šiuos konceptualius veiksnius derėtų atsižvelgti įmonių vadovams bei taikyti šio pobūdžio įsipareigojimą skatinančią vadovavimo strategiją. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
