基于胜任力的手术室护理师资分层级培训及效果研究. (Chinese)

目的探讨基于胜任力的手术室护理师资分层级培训方法及效果。方法该院手术室联合护理部 2013~2015年每年5~7月以临床护理师资岗位胜任力需求为导向,通过教学岗位层级认定、培训需求分析,对手术室43名 临床护理带教教师进行分层级培训,比较培训前后手术室实习护生出科成绩、实习护生对手术室带教教师胜任力评价、 手术室带教教师胜任力自我评价等。结果开展基于胜任力的手术室护理师资分层级培训后手术室实习护生出科成绩、 实习护生对手术室带教教师胜任力评价、手术室带教教师胜任力自我评价均明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论基于胜任力的手术室护理师资分层级培训模式提升了手术室护理师资的综合素质和教师胜任力水平,提高了手 术室临床护理教学质量。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
