The article focuses on the processors being more proactive and knowing what to expect during inspections and what they need to do to be in compliance. According to Mark Galbraith, co-owner of Galbraith Pre-Design Inc., processors do not necessarily know what design, materials and methods it takes to construct a facility that will be easier to maintain and in compliance. The role of the A&E/C to give the resources and education to help get a processor’s facility into compliance is cited.
