The study dealt with the factors affecting the strategy of the contact person in the local radio stations in the province of Najaf, as the problem lies in the exposure of the contact person in those radios to many factors that affect the nature of his work and his strategy for producing radio content. The research seeks to accomplish the following goals: 1. Identification of the factors that communicators working at local radio stations are exposed to and how they affect their strategies. 2. Determining the roles played by religious authority and social customs and traditions at the city of Al-Najaf Ashraf in the strategy of the communicators and economic problems that obscure their work. The study is descriptive and it adopted the survey methodology. The researcher has used the questionnaire and the scale in the same sheet to collect information. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

تناولت الدراسة العوامل المؤثرة في إستراتيجية وزارة التربية والتعليم مسؤول الاتصال في الاذاعات المحلية في محافظة النجف الاشرف. حيث أن المشكلة تكمن في انكشاف جهة الاتصال في هؤلاء أجهزة الراديو للعديد من العوامل التي تؤثر على طبيعة عمله وعمله استراتيجية لإنتاج محتوى إذاعي. يسعى البحث إلى تحقيق الأهداف التالية: 1. التعرف على العوامل التي يعمل بها المتصلون على المستوى المحلي تتعرض محطات الراديو وكيف تؤثر على استراتيجياتها. 2. تحديد الأدوار التي تقوم بها المرجعية الدينية والاجتماعية عادات وتقاليد مدينة النجف الاشرف في الاستراتيجية من الاتصالات والمشاكل الاقتصادية التي تحجب بهم الشغل. الدراسة وصفية اعتمدت منهجية المسح. استخدم الباحث الاستبانة والمقياس في نفسهما ورقة لجمع المعلومات.
