结直肠癌组织 LASS2、HOXB7 蛋白表达与凋亡指数及预后的关系分析. (Chinese)

Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of human longevity guarantee gene 2(LASS2) and homologous box gene B7(HOXB7) and apoptosis index(AI) and prognosis in colorectal cancer(CRC) tissues. Methods: A total of 105 patients with CRC who received treatment in our hospital from October 2013 to April 2015 were selected as subjects. The expressions of LASS2 and HOXB7 and AI in CRC tissues and adjacent tissues were detected, and the relationship between the expressions of LASS2 and HOXB7 and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed. Kaplan-Meier survival curve was used to analyze the differences in overall survival of patients with different expressions of LASS2 and HOXB7. Cox proportional risk regression analysis of prognostic factors in CRC patients. Results: The positive rate of LASS2 in CRC tissues was lower than that in adjacent normal tissues, while the positive rate of HOXB7 was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05). The AI in CRC tissues was lower than that in adjacent normal tissues (P<0.05). Spreaman correlation analysis showed that the positive rate of LASS2 was positively correlated with AI, while the positive rate of HOXB7 was negatively correlated with AI (P<0.05). The expression of LASS2 was correlated with clinical stage, invasion depth and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05), while the expression of HOXB7 was correlated with clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). The survival rate of HOXB7 positive patients was lower than that of HOXB7 negative patients, while the survival rate of LASS2 positive patients was higher than that of LASS2 negative patients (P<0.05). Cox proportional risk regression analysis showed that clinical was stage Ⅲ, lymph node metastasis, negative expression of LASS2, positive expression of HOXB7 and AI<2.0% were all risk factors affecting the prognosis of CRC patients (P<0.05). Conclusion: The positive rate of HOXB7 is increased in CRC tissues, while the positive rate of LASS2 and AI are decreased, which are closely related to clinical staging and lymph node metastasis. 目的:探讨结直肠癌(CRC)组织人源长寿保障基因 2(LASS2)、同源异型盒基因 B7(HOXB7)表达与凋亡指数(AI)及预后的关系。方法:选择 2013 年 10 月至 2015 年 4 月期间在我院接受治疗的 105 例CRC患者作为研究对象。检测其 CRC 组织以及癌旁组织中 LASS2、HOXB7 表达以及 AI,分析 LASS2、HOXB7 表达与临床病理特征的关系,采用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析不同 LASS2、HOXB7 表达患者总生存率的差异,Cox比例风险回归分析CRC患者预后的影响因素。结果:CRC组织中LASS2阳性率低于癌旁正常组织,而 HOXB7 阳性率高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05),CRC 组织中 AI 低于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。经Spreaman相关性分析显示CRC组织 LASS2 阳性率和AI呈正相关关系,而 HOXB7 阳性率和AI呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。LASS2表达与临床分期、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而 HOXB7 表达与临床分期和淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。HOXB7表达阳性患者的生存率低于HOXB7表达阴性患者,而 LASS2 表达阳性患者的生存率高于 LASS2 表达阴性患者(P<0.05)。Cox比例风险回归分析结果显示,临床分期为Ⅲ期、有淋巴结转移、LASS2 阴性表达、HOXB7 阳性表达以及AI<2.0%均是影响 CRC 患者预后的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:在 CRC 组织中 HOXB7 阳性率升高,而 LASS2 阳性率以及 AI 下降,且与临床分期以及淋巴结转移密切相关。LASS2、HOXB7 表达及 AI 与 CRC 患者的生存和预后联系密切。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
