镀陶纸陶瓷颜料的制备及其 抑菌性能研究. (Chinese)

In this study,four kinds of clay were used as raw materials,ceramics were fired by liquid phase sintering method,the optimum process conditions for ceramic pigment were determined by orthogonal experiments,and silver-plated through silver mirror reaction to preparece modified ceramic pigment with fresh-keeping and antibacterial properties. The ethylene adsorption properties and its mechanism were analyzed,and the diameter of inhibition zone,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC)of modified ceramic pigments against S. aureus and E. coli were tested. The results showed that the ceramic pigment prepared from red clay with diameter of 300 mesh and a sintering temperature of 1000℃ had the best ethylene adsorption performance,and the maximum adsorption capacity could reach 0. 046 g/g. Ceramic pigments had irregular spherical structure,well-developed pores and crystalline structure. The diameters of inhibition zone of modified ceramic pigments towards S. aureus and E. coli were obvious,MIC and MBC towards S. aureus were 2 mg/mL and 4 mg/mL,MIC and MBC towards E. coli were 1 mg/mL and 4 mg/mL,the ethylene adsorption could reach 0. 039 g/g,respectively. 本研究以4种陶土为原料,采用液相烧结法烧制陶瓷,通过正交试验确定制备陶瓷颜料的 最优工艺条件,并通过银镜反应对正交试验最优条件下制备的陶瓷颜料进行镀银改性,制备具有保 鲜、抑菌性能的改性陶瓷颜料。分析陶瓷颜料乙烯吸附性能及机理,并测试改性陶瓷颜料对 S. aureus、E. coli 的抑菌圈直径、最小抑菌浓度 (MIC) 和最小杀菌浓度 (MBC)。结果表明,粒径 300目、烧结温度1000℃的红陶土制备的陶瓷颜料具有最优的乙烯吸附性能,最大吸附量达0. 046 g/g。 陶瓷颜料具有不规则的球形结构、较发达的孔隙和结晶结构。改性陶瓷颜料对S. aureus、E. coli 均显 示出明显的抑菌圈直径,对S. aureus 的MIC和MBC分别为2 mg/mL和4 mg/mL,对E. coli 的MIC和 MBC分别为1 mg/mL和4 mg/mL,乙烯吸附量达0. 039 g/g。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
