Telemedicinske storitve v družinski medicini. (Slovenian)

In the past years we have witnessed a rapid development of information and communication technologies that are being used in health-care systems. In the period of Covid-19 pandemic, social distancing was enforced, which further accelerated the digitalisation of health care. The Slovenian health-care system acquired numerous modern and multipurpose information-technology solutions that are used daily in the family medicine practice within the eZdravje (eHealth) project. When following the rules of communication and certain restrictions, telemedicine counselling can be clinically professional, safe, easy to use, accessible, and it can also result in time and cost savings. Telemedicine services can help to improve the quality of life for the general population, so their role in the management and treating of patients is indispensable in the future. For a safe and high-quality patient management in family medicine it is necessary to provide appropriate technological support, additional training of healthcare professionals, development of unified protocols and standards of treatment, and resolution of the problems with personal data protection. V zadnjih letih smo priča hitremu razvoju informacijskih in komunikacijskih tehnologij, ki se uporabljajo v zdravstvenih sistemih. Obdobje pandemije Covid-19 in s tem povezano socialno distanciranje je digitalizacijo zdravstva še dodatno pospešilo. Preko projekta eZdravje je slovenski zdravstveni sistem pridobil številne sodobne in večstransko uporabne informacijske rešitve, ki jih v vsakodnevni praksi uporabljamo tudi v družinski medicini. Ob upoštevanju pravil komuniciranja in določenih omejitev je telemedicinska oblika svetovanja in zdravljenja lahko klinično strokovna, varna, enostavna, dostopna in pomeni prihranek časa in stroškov. Telemedicinske storitve lahko pripomorejo k boljšemu življenju prebivalstva, zato je njihova vloga pri obravnavi pacientov tudi v prihodnosti nepogrešljiva. Za kakovostno in varno obravnavo pacientov je potrebno poskrbeti za ustrezno tehnološko podporo, dodatno izobraževanje in usposabljanje zdravstvenih delavcev, izdelavo poenotenih protokolov in standardov obravnave ter razrešitev problema varovanja osebnih podatkov.
