学前儿童情绪检核量表 (家长版) 的 效度和信度评价. (Chinese)

Objective: To introduce the Preschool Feelings Checklist-Scale Version (PFC-S), and to investigate its validity and reliability in preschool children. Methods: Totally 2968 parents of preschool children in Shanghai were selected to conduct an online survey. Item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were carried out. The Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) and Achenbach’s Child Behavior Checklist (CBCL) were used as tools for parallel validity testing. After an interval of 6 weeks, a sample of 436 children was selected for test-retest reliability test. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of PFC-S scoring, the percentile scores and cut-off value were established. Results: Exploratory factor analysis showed five factors. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the fit indices of five-factor model were good (χ~2/df=6. 17, RMSEA=0. 02, GFI=0. 93, AGFI=0. 91, NFI=0. 86, IFI=0. 88, CFI=0. 88) . The total scores of PFC-S were positively correlated with the scores of mood symptoms, conduct problems, hyperactivity, peer interaction factors of SDQ and difficulties, and the scores of anxiety and depression, and physical complaint factors of CBCL (r=0. 48, 0. 24, 0. 18, 0. 09, 0. 50, 0. 34, Ps <0. 01), negatively correlated with SDQ prosocial behavior factor scores (r=-0. 41, P<0. 01) . The internal consistency reliability of the total scale was 0. 79, and the test-retest reliability of the total scale was 0. 61. The 95 th percentile value was 33. Conclusion: It suggests that the Preschool Feelings Checklist Scale Version (Parent Version) has good validity and reliability, and could be used as a screening tool for depression in preschool children. 目的:介绍学龄前情感量表量表版(PFC-S),考察其在学龄前儿童中的效度和信度。方法:选取上海市2968名学龄前儿童家长进行在线调查。项目分析,探索性的进行因子分析和验证性因子分析。以优势和困难问卷(SDQ)和阿亨巴赫儿童行为检查表(CBCL)为工具进行平行效度检验。间隔6周后,抽取436名儿童作为样本进行效度检验。重测信度检验。在分析PFC-S评分特点的基础上,建立百分位分值和临界值。结果:探索性因素分析显示5个因素。验证性因素分析显示5个-因子模型良好(χ~2/df=6.17,RMSEA=0.02,GFI=0.93,AGFI=0.91,NFI=0.86,IFI=0.88,CFI=0.88)。情绪分数SDQ和困难的症状、品行问题、多动、同伴互动因素和CBCL的焦虑、抑郁、躯体主诉因素(r=0.48,0.24,0.18,0.09,0.50,0.34,Ps<0.01),负与SDQ亲社会行为因素得分相关(r=-0.41,P<0.01)。总量表内部一致性信度为0.79,重测信度为0.61。95分位值为33。结论:提示学龄前情绪量表量表版(家长版)具有较好的效度和信度,可作为学龄前儿童抑郁症的筛查工具。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
