B Author Information b An event is serious (based on the ICH definition) when the patient outcome is: * death * life-threatening * hospitalisation * disability * congenital anomaly * other medically important event In a retrospective, observational study involving 320 pediatric patients with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia (BALL) and treated between November 2013 to March 2018, a 17-year-old boy was described, who exhibited treatment failure during treatment with vincristine, prednisolone, asparaginase and daunorubicin for BALL [ I routes and dosages not stated i ]. The boy who had BALL started receiving induction therapy with vincristine, prednisolone, asparaginase [l-asparaginase] and daunorubicin; however, this treatment failed. [Extracted from the article]
