In order to study the influence of different internal structure types on the longitudinal mechanical properties of shield tunnels, two finite element numerical models of 3D entity are established by using ABAQUS based on the Jinan Yellow River Tunnel and the Wuhan Two Lake Tunnel (east lake section) to study the influences of the internal structures of combined highway and metro and double-deck highway on the deformation, stiffness and stress of the tunnel. The results show that: (1)The internal structure can significantly improve the longitudinal stiffness of the tunnel. The maximum mid-span displacement of the tunnel is reduced by 39. 3% with highway and metro combined internal structure, and by 28. 4% with double-deck highway internal structure. (2)The two internal structures have more obvious improvement on the stiffness of the straight-jointed tunnel, and the improvement effect of the highway and metro combined internal structure is better than that of double-deck highway. For the straight-jointed and staggered-jointed tunnels, the longitudinal stiffness efficiency increases by 15. 1% ~ 64. 8% and 11. 7% ~ 30. 6% respectively with the combined highway and metro internal structure; and by 17. 5% ~ 39. 6% and 12. 5% ~ 30% respectively with the double-deck highway internal structure. (3)The internal structure can play a bearing role in shield tunnels. (4)The deformation of the internal structure is mainly staggered and opened, and the stress value at the connection point of the internal structure is large. 为研究不同内部结构类型对盾构隧道纵向力学性能的影响,以济南黄河隧道和武汉两湖隧道(东湖段) 为 工程依托,利用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS 建立三维实体精细化数值模型,研究公轨合建型内部结构和双层公 路型内部结构对隧道变形、刚度及受力的影响。研究结果表明:(1)内部结构能显著提高隧道纵向刚度,隧道考虑 公轨合建型内部结构后,跨中位移最大减小了39. 3%,考虑双层公路内部结构后,跨中位移最大减小了28. 4%;(2) 两种类型内部结构对通缝拼装隧道刚度提升更明显,且公轨合建型内部结构提升效果优于双层公路型,对于通缝 与错缝两种拼装方式的隧道,其纵向刚度有效率考虑公轨合建型内部结构后分别提高了15. 1% ~ 64. 8%和 11. 7%~30. 6%,考虑双层公路型内部结构后分别提高了17. 5%~39. 6%和12. 5%~30%;(3)内部结构在盾构隧道 中能够起到承载作用;(4)内部结构变形以错台、张开为主,且内部结构连接点处应力值较大,在实际工程中应谨慎 选择连接方式。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
