In polymer matrix composite, Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer (CFRP) based composite has been settled in the top position by means of high load resisting characteristics against all kinds of external forces. Owing to this high CFRP's superiority, the multi perspective optimizations analyses are needs to be carried on the compositional elements of CFRP. This work deals such kind of analysis on various CFRP composites under the flexural load, wherein the advanced Finite Element Analysis is served as the role of Methodology for this computation. As per the ASTM standard, the computational models are constructed in which Epoxy resin is contributed as adhesive element and Carbon Uni-Directional Fibers with a modulus of 230 GPa is served as reinforce element. Under CFRP UD family, two different reinforcements are underwent this complicated flexural tests, which are CFRP UD Prepreg and CFRP UD Wet. The multi-perspective analysis is carried out on fiber and its designing parameters of CFRP, thus purposively UD characteristics based reinforcements are picked for this comprehensive investigation. Forty computational test specimens are prepared and imposed for the aforesaid flexural test and thereafter the suitable fiber orientational angle and best UD fiber are shortlisted based on the reactance of low structural output and high lifetime. Based on these simulation outcomes, the best CFRP composite is shortlisted for various emerging real-time applications such as UAV's Wing and Stabilizers, Automotive Spoilers, etc. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
