Using the low-power axial fan (exhaust fan) fixedly installed on the tall bungalow to conduct cooling and ventilation tests on the grain storage warehouse in autumn and winter. The results showed that under the condition of good air tightness in the warehouse, the low-power axial flow fan adopts the upward ventilation mode, which has the advantages of simple operation, uniform cooling, less energy consumption per unit, less loss of stored grain water; and improves the stability of grain storage, in line with the requirements of "energy saving and consumption reduction" for grain reserve management and has the value of promotion and application. In the process of cooling and ventilation, the air tightness of the warehouse, the height of the grain pile, the atmospheric conditions in the ventilation stage, the calculation method of electricity consumption, the standardized operation and the professionalism of the custodian are all important factors that affect the cooling and ventilation effect. 使用高大平房仓上固定安装的小功率轴流风机(排风扇),在秋冬季对储粮仓房进行降温通风试验。 结果表明,在仓房气密性良好的条件下,小功率轴流风机采取上行式通风方式,具有操作简便,降温均匀, 单位能耗低,储粮水分散失少等优点;提高了粮食储藏稳定性,符合储备粮管理“节能降耗”的要求,具 有推广应用价值。在降温通风过程中,诸如仓房的气密性, 粮堆高度, 通风阶段的大气条件, 计量或测算 用电量方式方法是否正确,以及保管员能否做到规范操作, 履职尽责等,都是影响其降温通风的重要因素。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
