As for the poor corrosion resistance of phosphate conversion film on the surface of AZ91D magnesium alloy, the phosphate conversion film was treated by sealing to improve its compactness. The sealant composed of nano-silica sol 20 g/L, N,N-dimethylethanolamine 10 g/L, and isohexyl alcohol 5 g/L was modified by adding some modified epoxy acrylic resin to it. The effects of some process conditions on corrosion resistance of the conversion film were studied by single-factor experiment. The optimal process parameters of sealing were determined as follows: modified epoxy acrylic resin 5.0 g/L, sealant 50.0 g/L, pH 9-10, and sealing time 120 s. The conversion film became more compact after sealing, resulting in a great improvement of anticorrosion performance. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
针对AZ91D 镁合金表面磷酸盐转化膜致密性不足而耐蚀性差的问题,对其进行封闭处理。采用改性环氧丙烯酸树脂对由 纳米硅溶胶20 g/L、N,N−二甲基乙醇胺10 g/L 和异己醇5 g/L 组成的封闭剂进行改性。通过单因素实验研究了不同因素对转化 膜耐蚀性的影响,得到较佳的封闭工艺为:改性环氧丙烯酸树脂5.0 g/L,封闭剂50.0 g/L,pH 9 ~ 10,封闭时间120 s。经封闭 处理后转化膜的致密性有所改善,耐蚀性得到显著提升。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
