The object is the projectile-forming charge (PFC) used in space missions and for testing anti-meteoroid protection. The PFC functioning significantly depends on the technological tolerances of their components. It is proposed to use finite element modeling to assign rational technological tolerances to the product components. The developed model allowed us to analyze the influence of technological deviations on the motion parameters of two-layer high-speed elongated aircraft (HSEA). One of these deviations is the radial displacement of the initiation point, which leads to the hit points discrepancy of the liners. With a radial displacement of the initiation point by 0.3 mm, the divergence of the liners hit points is 218 mm at a distance of 25 m from the charge. The liners divergence prevention will increase the two-layer HSEA effectiveness by liners hitting at one point. In the work, the hypothesis was put forward about the possibility of preventing the liners' divergence by creating a sufficient frictional force between them. The numerical calculations showed that the friction force accounting makes it possible to obtain closer to the experiment result. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
