农户扩大冬油菜种植规模意愿及影响因素分析. (Chinese)

In order to reduce import dependence of rapeseed and ensure a stable production and supply of rapeseed products, furthermore, it is necessary to effectively utilize idle winter fields. From the perspective of farmers, this paper analyzed the willingness of farmers in Hubei Province to expand the scale of winter rapeseed planting and the factors influencing it using survey data and the logistic model. The results showed that: ① 45.7% of the farmers were willing to expand the planting scale of winter rape; ② farmers' willingness to expand winter oilseed rape planting were affected by the proportion of agricultural income, oilseed rape sales price, oilseed rape planting subsidy and agricultural training frequency. On this basis, the paper put forward some policy inspirations such as perfecting various systems to protect farmers' interests, stabilizing the expectation of rape sales price, increasing winter rape subsidies and strengthening agricultural technology training. 为减少油菜籽进口依赖、确保油菜产品稳产保供,同时充分利用冬闲田资源,文章从农户视角,利 用湖北省调查数据,运用 Logistic 模型开展了农户扩大冬油菜种植规模意愿及影响因素分析。研究结果显示: ① 愿意扩大冬油菜种植规模的农户占比为 45.7%;② 农户扩大冬油菜种植意愿受农业收入占比、油菜销售 价格、油菜种植补贴、农业培训次数等因素影响。在此基础上,提出完善保障农民利益的各项制度、稳定 油菜销售价格预期、加大冬油菜补贴力度、加强农业技术培训等政策启示。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
