Multigrade classes operate in demographically and geographically disadvantaged areas, characterized by a small number of students. The biggest challenge is to implement the curriculum developed for monograde classes in multigrade classes. In the absence of appropriate training and the necessary resources, the quality of the teaching process decreases. This paper presents concrete ways to optimize this type of teaching, identified following the application of a questionnaire to170 teachers of different specializations, with experience in this field. The results indicate that the teaching experience in multigrade classes significantly influences the identification of concrete ways to optimize the didactic act carried out in this type of classes.
