The marketing of banana derivatives is of great importance because it is a source of employment and economy for local stores, businesses and pantries. Added value is attributed to the sale of banana flour because it is a food with essential nutritional contributions. such as vitamins A, B, C and D, their nutritional properties are composed of proteins, lipids, fats and ashes that are beneficial for human muscle tissues. In the country, banana cultivation is intended for foreign trade and there are a large quantity of foods that do not satisfy the needs of customers, regarding their price, convenience and benefits, therefore the investigation has been carried out with the objective of carrying out an analysis of banana flour marketing in the canton of La Maná, the techniques and Instruments used to obtain the information were surveys and questionnaires. The research population was made up of 160 stores, 10 pantries and 20 commercials. Commercials and stores sell larger quantities of banana derivatives in quantities of 200 grams, and monthly they sell around 140 to 160 kilograms of banana flour, the best-selling brand is Banasoya, the price of the product varies between 0.60 and 1.00 dollars, each sale has a profit of 0.35 dollars. Consumers mostly buy the banana flour product biweekly, to make cakes and pastries, in a quantity of 11.33 kg at a price of 0.60 to 0.80 dollars. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Es de gran importancia la comercialización de derivados del banano debido a que es una fuente de empleo y economía para las tiendas, comerciales y despensas locales, a la venta del harina de banano se le atribuye un valor agregado por ser un alimento con aportes nutrimentales esenciales como las vitaminas A,B,C y D, sus propiedades alimenticias están compuestas por proteínas, lípidos, grasas y cenizas benéficas para los tejidos musculares del ser humano, en el país el cultivo de banano es destinado para el comercio exterior y existen gran cantidad de alimentos que no satisfacen las necesidades de los clientes, entorno a su precio, comodidad y beneficios, por lo tanto se ha realizado la investigación con el objetivo de realizar un análisis de comercialización de harina de banano en el cantón La Maná, las técnicas e instrumentos utilizados para obtener la información fueron encuestas y cuestionarios. La población de la investigación se conformó por 160 tiendas, 10 despensas y 20 comerciales. Los comerciales y tiendas venden mayores cantidades derivados del banano en cantidades de 200 gramos, además mensualmente venden un alrededor de 140 a 160 kilogramos de harina de banano, la marca más vendida es Banasoya, el precio del producto varía entre 0.60 y 1.00 dólar, cada venta tiene una ganancia de 0.35 de dólar. Los consumidores compran en su mayoría el producto de harina de banano quincenalmente, para realizar pasteles y coladas, en una cantidad de 11,33 kg a un precio de 0.60 a 0.80 de dólar.
