To bring down the cost and brittleness of commercial carbon fiber paper, a production method of carbon fiber paper for flexible supercapacitors was proposed. The dispersant CMCNa is utilized to achieve uniform dispersion of chopped carbon fiber in water through ultrasonic dispersion. Adding PE/PET composite fiber not only enhances the tensile strength of CFP but also consolidates the electrode network structure formed based on carbon fiber structure. The morphology and structure of carbon fiber paper-based electrode (CFP-X) were characterized by scanning electron microscope scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Raman spectroscopy, and the mechanical properties, electrical conductivity and electrochemical properties of CFP-X electrode were tested. The results show that CFP-3 electrode has excellent tensile strength and flexibility, excellent electrochemical performance and low cost. This research provides valuable insights for the low-cost, large-scale production of paper-based flexible supercapacitors. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
为解决商用碳纤维纸成本高、脆性大的问题, 提出了 一种柔性超级电容器用碳纤维纸的批量制备方法。利用分散剂 C M C-N a对短切碳纤维进行超声分散, 使其在水体系中均匀分 散。添加P E/P E T复合纤维不仅提高了C F P的抗张强度, 而且巩固 了在碳纤维结构基础上形成的电极网络结构。使用扫描电子显 微镜 (S E M)、X射线衍射仪 (X R D) 和拉曼光谱对碳纤维纸基电极 (CFP-X) 的形貌和结构进行表征, 测试了CFP-X电极的力学性能、 导电性能和电化学性能。结果表明: CFP-3电极具有优异的抗张强 度和柔韧性, 电化学性能优异, 同时成本低。这项研究为低成本、 大规模生产纸质柔性超级电容器提供了有价值的见解。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
