A recent study conducted by researchers at Shahid Rajaee Teacher Training University in Tehran, Iran, explored the impact of developing e-learning materials based on cognitive load theory on students' learning levels in online physics education. The study found that when e-learning content was designed according to cognitive load theory, it positively influenced students' levels of learning and retention. The researchers recommend that designers of e-learning content consider the principles of cognitive load theory in order to enhance the learning experience for students. The study involved 120 female ninth graders in Tehran and utilized a quasi-experimental pre-test post-test design. [Extracted from the article]
