高边坡超浅埋偏压隧道开挖稳定性控制技术研究. (Chinese)

This paper focuses on the stability control techniques for the excavation of shallow buried tunnel in high slopes, with the Jinci Tunnel as the engineering basis. Utilizing finite element software, numerical simulations of the bias tunnel are conducted to analyze the stability of the surrounding rock and slopes during the construction process. The study elucidates the settlement patterns of the tunnel arch and the stress distribution under different stress release rates. Based on these findings, numerical simulations are performed to analyze the slope-cutting backfilling remediation scheme. The results validate a significant reduction in the impact of unsymmetrical pressure on the overall deformation of the tunnel after slope cutting and backfilling. The adoption of the slope-cutting backfilling method effectively lowers the risk of instability in both the slopes and the tunnel during the construction of the Jinci Tunnel. Finally, real-time monitoring and numerical simulation comparative analysis are performed on the bias tunnel after the slope-cutting backfilling remediation. The study reveals distinct characteristics, such as 'rapid initial settlement with large deformation, followed by gradual convergence with small deformation' in tunnel crown subsidence, tunnel arch convergence, and surface settlement. This validates the safety and effectiveness of the slope- cutting backfilling remediation measures in addressing the instability of shallow buried tunnel with unsymmetrical pressure in high slopes. 本文以晋祠隧道为工程依托,对高边坡超浅埋偏压隧道开挖稳定性控制技术展开研究. 采用有限元软件对偏 压隧道进行数值模拟,分析施工过程中围岩和边坡稳定性,揭示不同应力释放率下隧道拱顶沉降规律和应力分布状 态. 在此基础上,对削坡回填治理方案进行数值模拟分析,验证了地形偏压对削坡回填后隧道整体变形的影响明显降 低的结论,采用削坡回填法可降低晋祠隧道施工过程中边坡和隧道失稳风险. 最后,对削坡回填处置后的偏压隧道进 行现场监测和数值模拟结果对比分析,发现隧道拱顶下沉、拱脚收效和地表沉降均呈现“前期快速沉降、变形量大,后 期逐渐收敛、变形量小”的特点,证明削坡回填处置措施在治理高边坡超浅埋偏压隧道失稳时安全有效.
