A FORMAÇÃO DO PROFESSOR PARA EDUCAÇÃO INCLUSIVA: UM DESAFIO NAS ESCOLAS QUE ALBERGAM TURMAS DE EDUCAÇÃO ESPECIAL DA PROVÍNCIA DE CABINDA 2019. (Portuguese)

The duel in the training of teachers to work in inclusive education is revealed by a set of factors, occurring in parallel with adaptation, to differences, needs and severity of individual needs. To support the research we have the general objective: to analyze teacher training for inclusive education: a diagnosis in schools that house special education classes in the province of Cabinda 2019; specific: identify the training profile of teachers to intervene in inclusive education; the construction of the research object took into account the availability of 17 teachers, part of a universe of 22 of the teaching considered special in the schools of Cabinda - Angola. We resorted to the exploratory and bibliographic case study previously selected according to the theme, in a quantitative approach and to collect the information, we prepared and applied the questionnaire, the results were treated with the support of the SPSS program, with a conbah Alpha reliability level of, 503. O duelo na formação dos professores para atuarem na educação inclusiva, revela-se por um conjunto de fatores, ocorridos em paralelo com adaptação, às diferenças, às necessidades e gravidade das necessidades individuais. Para sustentar a investigação temos o objetivo geral: analisar a formação do professor para a educação inclusiva: um Diagnóstico nas escolas que albergam turmas de educação especial da província de Cabinda 2019; específicos: identificar o perfil formativo dos professores para intervir na educação inclusiva; a construção do objeto de pesquisa levou em consideração a disponibilidade dos 17, professores, parte de um universo de 22 do ensino considerado especial nas escolas de Cabinda – Angola.
