The problem of housing availability has resulted in property selling prices increasing so that fulfilling housing needs is very difficult for people whose income is not large and there are limits and considerations set by banks for providing housing financing to non-fixed income customers. The purpose of this research is to determine the approval analysis carried out by Bank Syariah Indonesia for non-fixed income customers who wish to apply for financing with Griya products. The type of research used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the approval process for non-fixed income customers in Islamic banks is seen in terms of income, type of business and dependents. Employment status and income are benchmarks for banks in providing financing. In providing financing, the bank carries out analysis in accordance with the 5C principles. Character aspects through life history, looking for customer information in the neighborhood where they live, conducting bank to bank information. Capacity through a slip/list of details of income, other business fields owned, savings/bank statements related to the business being run. Capital from the ownership status of the house the customer previously lived in, the type of transportation the customer has. Collateral is seen as collateral in the form of a house that the customer will buy with a loan from the bank. Permasalahan ketersediaan perumahan mengakibatkan harga jual properti semakin meningkat sehingga pemenuhan atas kebutuhan rumah sangatlah sulit didapatkan oleh kalangan masyarakat yang penghasilannya tidak besar dan terdapat batasan serta pertimbangan yang ditetapkan oleh pihak bank untuk memberikan pembiayaan rumah tersebut kepada nasabah non fixed income. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui analisis approvement yang dilakukan oleh Bank Syariah Indonesia terhadap nasabah non fixed income yang ingin mengajukan pembiayaan dengan produk Griya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa proses approvement bagi nasabah non fixed income di bank syariah dilihat dari segi penghasilan, jenis usaha, dan tanggungan hidup. Status pekerjaan dan penghasilan menjadi tolak ukur bank dalam memberikan pembiayaan. Dalam memberikan pembiayaan pihak bank melakukan analisis sesuai dengan prinsip 5C. Aspek character melalui riwayat hidup, mencari informasi nasabah di lingkungan sekitar tempat tinggal, melakukan bank to bank information. Capacity melalui slip/daftar rincian pendapatan, bidang usaha lain yang dimiliki, tabungan/rekening koran yang berkaitan dengan usaha yang dijalani. Capital dari status kepemilikan rumah yang ditinggali nasabah sebelumnya, jenis transportasi yang dimiliki nasabah. Collateral dilihat dari agunan berupa rumah yang akan dibeli oleh nasabah dengan pinjaman dari bank. Condition of Economy melalui kondisi ekonomi nasabah dari usaha yang dijalankannya dan berapa lama usaha yang sudah berjalan. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari kelima prinsip tersebut yang dominan dijadikan pertimbangan adalah aspek character dan collateral. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
