The article discusses the study on reducing risk factors and symptoms of depression through cognitive behavioral primary prevention program. The subject of the study was composed of 352 adolescent students in Germany who were divided into groups, either training group attending the treatment program or control group participating normal class. In the course of the study, it was found out that the training program generally reduced depressive symptoms.
