The article focuses on culturally diverse schools in Great Britain in which a the schools' administration wishes to promote social justice. Using values-driven leadership in education has become increasingly prominent in the field so the article examines whether opportunities exist for educators to teach social justice and whether there are such opportunities for administrators to incorporate those ideas into the schools. The role that the New Labour Party is playing to shape national curriculum in terms of social justice content is explored. It was found that principals with strong morals were successful at creating inclusive schools.
