The article presents a study which aims to distinguish the casual effect and correlation attribute on the effect of health in choosing portfolio. It states that three measures were used in capturing the health status of the respondent such as out-of pocket medical expenses, number of diagnosed conditions, and self-reported health status. Results show no relationship between health and portfolio choice.
