The article presents a comparative analysis of the antisuit injunctions and arbitration proceedings in U.S. Great Britain, Europe. It discusses the different approach of the three mentioned jurisdictions towards common law and civil law systems as well as their position in antisuit injunction in support of arbitration. Moreover, it talks about the future role and function of antisuit injunctions in harmonizing private international law and cites the relations of West Tankers Case in the issue.
