The article presents information on the impact of the gold nanoparticles that are immobilised on polymers that are grafted with methacrylate monoliths terminated with the amine groups. The polymers grafted with methacrylate monoliths are formed in situ hybridization with the fusing silica capillaries. Information on the separation of peptides and biomolecules under the monoliths is also presented.
