Root canals have a lot of variations in maxillary second molar and most molar have only three mot canals. The emergence of 4 root canals in maxillary second molar with two palatal root canals is especially rare. A case of 5 root canals in maxillary second molar with two palatal root canals and two mesiobuccal root canals was successfully treated and reported in this article. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
