MOTIVACIJA ZA RAD U FUNKCIJI USPJEŠNOSTI ORGANIZACIJE. (Bosnian)

The paper presents some motivational techniques and factors of motivations to work, and also is pointing out to desirability of their adoption and implementation is indicated on the business business process results, in the context of efforts to raise the quality of the business to the next level. The main objective of the paper was to find out how managers can contribute to more efficient accomplishment of work assignments, adequately using motivational techniques and factors. The above is elaborated through the prologue of the article that explains the importance and objectives of the work, then the theoretical part which specifies the basic definitions of motivation, motivational techniques and factors; also through disquisitional questions: how a manager can develop motivational competencies for himself, whether these competencies play role in management and what kind, how does it affect the management, which basic motivational factors are essential for organization's function. The paper is based on empirical research, using the known techniques of surveys and interview. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
U radu su prikazane neke motivacisjske ten=hnike i faktori motivacije za rad, te je ukazano na poželjnost njihovog usvajanja i primjene u praksi od strane menadžera, a naveden je i krajnjimogući efekat te primjene na rezultate poslovnih procesa u organizaciji u kontekstu nastojanja da se kvalitet poslovanja podigne na viši nivo. Osnovni cilj rada ja bio da istraži na koji način menadžeri sa motivacijskim vještinama uz adekvatnu primjenu motivacijskih tehnika i faktora motivacije, mogu doprinijeti efikasnijem izvršavanju radnih zadataka. Navedeno je razrađeno kroz uvodni dio rada koji objašnjava Značaj i ciljeve rada, zatim kroz teorijski dio u kojem se navode osnovne deficinije motivacije, motivacionih teknika i faktora motivacije, neke preporučene motivacijske vještine, zatim kroz istražvačka pitanja: kako jedan menadžmentu, na koji način utječu na menadžment, koji su to osnovni motic=vacioni faktori bitni za funkciju u organizaciji. Rad je zasnovan na empirijskom istraživanju, uz primjenu poznatih tehnika ankete i intervjua. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
