Architect Financial Technologies, a Chicago-based startup led by former FTX US president Brett Harrison, has raised $12 million in its second round of fundraising. The funds will be used to launch a derivatives brokerage for retail and institutional investors, open a Chicago office, and double the company's headcount. The strong investor interest in Architect is attributed to the rising demand for retail and institutional derivatives trading and the growth of tokenized asset markets. The fundraising round was co-led by BlockTower Capital and Tioga Capital, bringing the company's total capital raised to $17 million. Architect also plans to expand its offerings into the European and Asia-Pacific regions. [Extracted from the article]
