Next analysis of the first part on maritime route and trade goods along with origins (starting-point) of types of junks (Tosen) aiming to classify activities of the Chinese merchants and roles of each port of Southeast Asia with Japan, in this part, the author focus on hunk owners. Rightly to definable targets of the Japanese government and customs, junk owners in questioning nationalities, all to answer that they were Chinese, many of them were junk chiefs to Japan of many times. That information signified their frequent activities in an economic triangle Southeast Asia – China – Japan. That is possible to affirm that regular trading activities must be permitted by Japanese government. In case of Siam, it enabled to subdivide clearly three categories of “Junk owners” to Japan: 1. Junks, junk masters and goods (purchase from Southeast Asia) placed under the command of Chinese; 2. Junks and masters belonged to Chinese, but foods into the hands of Ayutthaya court; 3. Junks, masters (possibility to get helps by Chinese) and good were even managed by Siamese government. In common with other sources, it is possible to think the Siamese court not put only into practice this way but also to some countries in the area. In analyzing and clarifying the notion “junk owners” it enabled to assert roles and initiative capacities of some countries in Southeast Asia in trade relations with Japan, as well as other economic centers in Asia in 17th-18th centuries.
