This paper highlights some details in the 1945 Declaration of Independence of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, which inherited and evolved from the United States' Declaration of independence in 1776. Ho Chi Minh fully inherited the form and organization of the American Declaration of Independence. He also inherited its ideas of human rights and national rights in order to make this creative version to give birth to the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. It was his creativeness and development that enhanced the significance and historical values of the 1945 Declaration of Independence of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
