La crise de COVID-19 a mobilisé l’ensemble de la société. Parmi les organisations en première ligne, figure le Conseil scientifique COVID-19, principal conseiller et caution scientifique du gouvernement français. Ce comité d’experts promeut la vision One Health, un nouveau concept, supposé lutter contre le courant de pensée ambiant. L’article entend analyser les aspects utopiques du discours déployés à travers ce concept afin de questionner la dimension universelle de la santé ainsi que l’hybridité de la posture scientifique et politique.

The COVID-19 crisis has mobilized all of society. Among the organizations in the front line is the COVID-19 Scientific Council, the French government’s main advisor and scientific guarantor. This committee of experts promotes the One Health vision, a new concept supposed to fight against current thinking. The article intends to analyze the utopian aspects of the discourse as deployed through this concept in order to question the universal dimension of health as well as the hybridity of the scientific and political attitude.
